GCR QUALITY SCORE

Garantie construction résidentielle - Cote qualité GCR A 2018

In 2018 our team has been graded AA according to the technique quality score from the Garantie Construction Résidentielle. The technique score is calculated by GCR inspectors who visit construction sites, making sure everything is compliant to the code and regulations. With qualification criteria becoming stricter every year, the AA technique score is only allocated to builders providing quality building experience and techniques exceeding the norms, the building code and the normal standards.

PROJECTS

Early this year we published the official photos from our collaboration with l’Atelier Pierre Thibault. The Montagnes Vertes Residence sure got very popular in our community and was a very good kick off to the year.

Also, this year has been one of the biggest thus far in terms of quantity with six house deliveries, including a massive one in Boucherville, a Scandinavian style in North Hatley, a remodelling in Magog, and a church conversion in Frelighsburg where are now located our offices. The official photos will be on our website in 2019.

This year has been a challenging one but it definitely made us stronger and we are truly looking forward to 2019. But first, it is holiday time and a well-deserved rest before another big year ahead. From all of our team, we wish you very happy holidays and we hope everyone take the time to stop and enjoy precious moments with friends and family in their home sweet home.

See you in 2019,
