The Memphrémagog Lake House, a place to get away from it all and be with family and friends. The residence offers a delicate integration between the sleek building and its wooded environment and proximity to the lake.

On the shores of Lake Memphremagog in Sergeant Bay, this building is astonishing for its three sloping roofs in harmony with the surrounding mountains. Well-anchored in a pristine forest, the residence is distinguished by its aged cedar siding, which blends perfectly with the rusticated concrete and corten metal siding. These three raw materials are similar to the roughness and color of the hemlock bark surrounding the house.

The structure imposes itself by its integration into the mountain side, and by its curtain walls with mirror effect. The projecting corners confirm the quiet solidity of the building as it dominates its site, while offering residents a panoramic view of the lake.
